Exchange & Return Policy
For all returns and exchanges, please write to us at support@trovloft.com.
Kindly note that all exchanges and returns are accepted only after the customer informs us of any issue within seven days of delivery.
Exchange Policy
- In case of a size issue or if you receive the wrong product, you can raise an exchange request within seven days of delivery of the product (including the day of delivery).
- We can exchange the product for another size or the correct product of the same value. There are no extra charges for this, and we can arrange for reverse pickup.
- If the value of the new exchange product is higher, there will be extra charges (the difference in the amount of the product). This needs to be paid online.
- Products must have the original sticker label attached, be folded correctly, and be adequately packed to prevent damage in transit. Without these, the exchange will not be processed.
- Exchange/Return requests will only be processed once per order.
- Any product that has been used or washed once cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We offer free exchanges on size issues, but no refunds for size issues.
Refund Policy
- We only process refunds in genuine cases of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds.
- In the event of delivery of faulty products, you must email our customer support executives at support@trovloft.com along with the details of the order, the nature of the issues, and photographs of the defective product.
- In some exceptional cases, if a return is accepted (where there's no delivery issue and the correct order was delivered), ₹100 will be deducted from the refund. This amount covers the reverse pickup service, as logistics costs have significantly increased recently.
- The refund will be provided to the same bank account from which the money was deducted or to your given bank account.
- Please note that the T-shirt's colour and design may vary slightly from those displayed on our website, social media pages, and ads. Returns and refunds are not possible if there is a slight variation in the colour or design of the product delivered.
- If our verification observes that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, we will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
- To avoid issues, do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
General Terms
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify.
- Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
