How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders in India are typically delivered in around 5-8 working days, depending on the shipping address and other factors such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions. In some rare cases, it might take up to 2 weeks, depending on the product's availability. For parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be shared with your email address once the product ships. If you haven't received it, please write to us at support@trovloft.com within 48 hours of placing your order.

Which courier companies are used to deliver the product?

All our products are shipped via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, utilizing the most efficient service based on your pincode.

What happens if tracking details show a product delivered, but the customer hasn't received it?

This is a rare occurrence, as products are usually received by family members, neighbours, flatmates, or delivered to an office mailroom. In genuine cases, we will refund the total amount to the customer after adequately investigating the case, which typically takes 10 working days.

If you receive a delivery notification for your order but haven't received the product, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the notification. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and work to resolve it. After this timeline, it will be difficult for us to take action, and we will not be liable for any losses.
